For climbing, backcountry ski gear
and superlight tents Black Diamond guarantee against defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of one year from purchase date to the original buyer.

For Headlamps there is a three year
guarantee.

Warranty does not cover normal wear,
unauthorized modifications or alterations,
improper use, improper maintenance,
accident, misuse, negligence, damage
or if the product is used for a purpose for
which it was not designed.

If you have a product which you believe is
defective and wish to claim under warranty

Return product to retailer where it was
purchased.

If original retailer is unable to help then
contact the First Ascent Service Centre.
