Here at First Ascent we try hard to help people out as quickly as possible when it comes to warranty issues, spare parts and general technical problems. By way of thanks, we often receive lots of grateful e-mails from people showing off bits of our kit in various exotic locations. This e-mail and photo from Maciej Swiatczak stood out in particular to us, enjoy!

Hallo all, This is just a quick note to thank you for the great products that you make and the fantastic service you give! Tina might remember sending out a pump for a dragonfly to me in Kenya. It was organised in a day and free of charge! Now, having traveled for a year relying on the same stove every day, I sent it in for a service because of some problems and once again received it back in record time and no money asked for! I don't often say this, but I wish other brands around the world could follow your example and I will be sure to include that statement in my next blog and the book I am just about finished writing.
