WARRANTY:

The dubertec gmbh products are of high quality. The dubertec gmbh offers a one year guarantee against possible defects in materials and workmanship of the Liard Firebox from the date of its original purchase. In the event of such defect during the guarantee period, return the product at your expense to the nearest Liard Firebox retailer.

Dubertec gmbh will examine the parts and repair or replace the part without charge. The guarantee is limited to the value of the product. The guarantee does not cover any damages to parts which are exposed to wear and parts that have not been properly used or been damaged by improper care. When no warranty can be claimed, the buyer has to pay the costs of the damage analysis. There is no temporary replacement of product during repair.

A guarantee claim has to provide proof of purchase by handing in the original dated receipt. Transport and handling costs are not included in this guarantee.
