MSR products are not immune from wear and tear and stoves in particular, benefit from being serviced regularly.

SERVICE CENTRE:


If you have a product which needs repairing and which falls outside warranty please contact servicecentre@firstascent.co.uk.

There is a charge of £18 for servicing MSR Stoves.

If replacement of major parts is required (at additional cost) we will contact you before proceeding with the repair.

WARRANTY:


MSR products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty does not cover normal wear, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, taking apart of the product, or improper washing and drying are not covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, or the natural breakdown of certain materials over long periods of time. Cascade Designs will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

If you have a product which you believe to be defective and wish to claim under warranty return product to retailer from where it was purchased. A detailed warranty explanation is available on:

If original retailer is unable to help then contact the First Ascent Service Centre at servicecentre@firstascent.co.uk. If a fault is in our opinion covered by warranty then the stove, filter, purifier, tent or affected part will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.
