If you have a product which needs repairing and which falls outside warranty please contact servicecentre@firstascent.co.uk An £18 charge is made for repairs.

All Therm-a-Rest self-inflating products are guaranteed without time limit against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty does not cover normal wear, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, taking apart of the product, or improper washing and drying are not covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, or the natural breakdown of certain materials over long periods of time. Cascade Designs will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
If you have a product which you believe to be defective and wish to claim under warranty return product to retailer from where it was purchased in a clean state and with a copy of the receipt.

If original retailer is unable to help then contact the First Ascent Service Centre at servicecentre@firstascent.co.uk. If a fault is in our opinion covered by warranty then the affected part will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.
