REPAIR & MAINTENANCE:

MSR Stoves are not immune from wear
and tear and benefit from being serviced
regularly. For this purpose the following
are available from most MSR Stockists.

Stove maintenance and service kits, Replacement pumps for the XGK,
Dragonfly and Whisperlite stoves

SERVICE CENTRE:

If you have a product which needs repairing
and which falls outside warranty please
contact servicecentre@firstascent.co.uk


There is a charge of £18 for servicing
MSR Stoves.

If replacement of major parts is required
(at additional cost) we will contact you
before proceeding with the repair.

WARRANTY:

MSR Stoves have a 5 year warranty period.

MSR Stove warranty does not cover repairs required due to improper use or care, negligence, product modification or accident.

MSR Tents have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

MSR Tent warranty does not cover repairs required due to accident, improper care or negligence where MSR is not at fault, including sun degradation, mildew, wear and tear due to hard use.

MSR Filters and Purifiers come with a lifetime warranty.

If you have a product which you believe is
defective and wish to claim under warranty

Return product to retailer where it was purchased.

If original retailer is unable to help then contact the First Ascent Service Centre.

If a fault is in our opinion covered by warranty then the stove, filter, purifier, tent or affected part will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.
