All Therm-a-Rest self-inflating products are
guaranteed without time limit against
defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty does not cover normal wear,
punctures, abrasion, misuse, alteration,
abuse, taking apart of the product, damage
caused by improper care, accidents,
prolonged UV exposure or the natural
breakdown of certain materials over long
periods of time.
If you have a product which you
believe is
defective and wish to claim under warranty
Return product to retailer where
it was
purchased.
If original retailer is unable to help then
contact the First Ascent Service Centre.
