Boots on the Ground: The Give Back Program - How it Works
For every 500 products we sell, LifeStraw in a school install a LifeStraw Community purifier to a school in need which provides safe water to 100 school children for a period of five years. Put another way, one purchase of any LifeStraw product provides a year of safe water to a child in need, five purchases provide that child with safe water for the next five years.
LifeStraw doesn't just "drop off" the Community Filter – LifeStraw makes a minimum 5 year commitment to support that school or community with on-site training and year round support delivered by a team of directly employed local staff, plus an army of volunteers.
